The apartment complex had a great location, it was only a short walk away from a beautiful beach and a range of restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the day and night activities. The apartments were well-equipped and had all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, which was a life-saver in the heat. Another great aspect was the flexibility, as we were able to check-in early and the staff promptly accommodated us.
The hospitality was upsetting and made the stay less enjoyable. The staff seemed unwelcoming and unhelpful, and the situation escalated when the owner's son became very aggressive and threatened to call the police.

Great location, within a short walk to local attractions and restaurants. the rooms were clean and comfortable. the staff was always available to answer any questions we had and provided local recommendations.
The hospitality was poor and inconsistent. the owners seemed to dislike having us there and were not welcoming.

The customer service leaves much to be desired. the owners were inhospitable and unfriendly towards us, making us feel unwelcome.
